We recently had a power outage due to a wind storm on a Friday evening . HydroOne initially said the outage was approx 3 hours. Our Generac generator failed to start. Unfortunately HydroOne advised the outage was going to be 19 hrs in total. Once we found out the outage was going to be extended, I call Robb KNAPP and advised him of the situation. This was approx noon on the Saturday and he was at my rural property within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue (dead battery) replaced it and checked the unit for any other faults.
